Yesterday I was a very happy girl because I got a FREE hairdo!
Part of my BIWI** philosophy is getting my hair professionally washed and blow-dried sometimes, when I’m in a rush or need to look extra-specially good or just can’t be bothered! And the salon I go to – Urban Utopia in Westcliff – offers a free tenth appointment – and that was yesterday. Woo hoo! So I went and had my swim and then didn’t have to worry about doing my hair because I was going to UU. I don’t know if it was my imagination, but because it was free it seemed to shine and swing even more than usual. I was, to use the local vernacular, “well pleased”. (www.hairuu.co.uk)
And as it was such a nice afternoon I decided to take a stroll along the front followed by a spot of late lunch at the Beach Hut. It was the first time I’d been there. What a lovely little spot! And the tastiest toasted sarnie I’ve had in a long time.
All in all it was a lovely day. And I spent the evening looking for somewhere new to live. I’ve seen a beautiful penthouse…. Negativity is telling me I shouldn’t even think about it. But, I just can’t get it out of my head! After all, you have to act as if for your dreams to become reality.
And besides, I’m worth it!!
And to send signs to the Universe to get things moving I’m going to spend this morning boxing up my things ready for the move. This afternoon I have a very important meeting.
**BIWI
What a great, straight-forward and non-pretentious story. It makes such a pleasant change to read a story about positivity and feeling good! And especially as it weasn’t then tinged with a “yes, but on the other hand…”!
I believe in the power of attraction and this reinforces my belief! And to use another vernacular I’m not “well jel”, as such opportunities and experiences are available to all of us open to them!
Have another FAB day!
xx
You too, David!
